The Cloudline Process

how do i get started?
STEP 01

Fill Out the Contact Form

Tell me about the two of you — how you met, what you love about each other, and what you’re dreaming up. The more I know, the more I can photograph your story in a way that feels true to you.

The form is a bit detailed on purpose so I can create something personal and meaningful.

STEP 02

Save the date!

If this feels right, we’ll finalize everything with a signed agreement and retainer. Once that’s done, your date is secured and we can focus on telling your story well.

STEP 03

Photography Coverage Timeline

In the final weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect for a consultation to walk through your plans and vision for the day.

From there, I’ll create a photography timeline that flows naturally with everything you have planned.

STEP 04

Your Wedding Day!!

Your wedding day is here. After months of planning, you get to simply be present and take it all in while I preserve it. Within 90 days, your full gallery will be delivered to your inbox so you can relive every meaningful moment again.

Your Questions, Answered

How far in advance should we book?

For vow renewals and elopements, booking 6–12 months in advance is best, especially during busy seasons. Engagement and portrait sessions are usually booked 1–3 months out. If your date is sooner, still reach out. If I’m available, I’m happy to make it work.

Do you travel outside of Murfreesboro?

Yes, I’m happy to travel beyond Murfreesboro. Travel within Rutherford County is included. For locations outside that area, a small travel fee may apply. Just share your location when you inquire and I’ll send a clear quote.

What happens if it rains?

If rain is in the forecast, we’ll stay flexible and make a plan together. We can adjust the timing, choose a covered spot, move indoors, or reschedule if needed. Rain doesn’t always mean canceling. Sometimes it creates the most beautiful atmosphere. My goal is to make sure your experience still feels meaningful and stress-free, no matter the weather.

Are Prints and Albums Available?

Yes. Custom heirloom albums come in multiple sizes, with beautiful timeless cover options. You can also order fine art prints, canvases, and keepsakes directly from your gallery so your images can live beyond the screen.
